Dear Owners; Sand and Surf will follow established Board policy as written in our Rules and Regulations concerning reservations for owners with Floating Week Units. Although our reservation policies have been in effect at Sand and Surf for decades we understand some owners may have not had to follow these procedures in the past under our former management.
Please be advised that under the direction of your Board of Directors our present and future management will require all Owners of Floating Week Units to follow the procedures for reservations as established in our Rules and Regulations going forward. Please Review our Policy as listed on our reservation page and thank you for your cooperation in following our established rules as they apply equally to all our valued Sand and Surf Owners.
ROOM MAINTENANCE POLICY
Rules pertaining to repair/maintenance for Units/Owners
Adopted February 2021, any comments or concerns pertaining to repair, maintenance, equipment problems, or special requests for each Unit MUST BE:
1) called in to the Front Office or
2) be submitted in writing (in person) to the Front Office
A record of the request will be formally noted. Each need/request will be addressed in the order it is received, with exception to emergencies which will be addressed immediately.
We ask that you not make a direct request to any member of our Housekeeping or Maintenance Staff when they are working on the property.
Maintenance Staff Members have a daily list of tasks to complete, provided by the Front Office, and they continue to collaborate throughout the work-day with the Resort Manager for any changes or added requests.
Should you have any questions pertaining to this matter, please do not hesitate to let a member of the Front Office know. We can be reached from your room phone by dialing “0”, or we can be called with our local phone number: 386-756-4662.

Sand and Surf is following the State guidelines concerning the Covid-19 outbreak and all subsequent regulations. However the situation is changing weekly and we are dealing with regulations from Florida as well as travel restriction issues that vary from State to State. These restrictions have left some unhappy owners being unable to utilize their Vacation week ownership this year and others who worry the danger of infection is too great at this time. This is a very difficult time for all of us for many reasons and the Board is especially concerned for the health of our owners and our Sand and Surf staff. The Board will make policies accordingly. Please check the website weekly for any new announcements.
As a Time Share Resort in the State of Florida that does not rent to the public. Sand and Surf prohibits Comfort Animals of any type being allowed on Sand and Surf property.
Please be aware that your free 2 year membership in Interval International is free to owners and does not in anyway impact your maintenance fees or place any obligation on owners to use this service whatsoever. II is an international company compatible and similar to RCI and RedWeek and has no impact on you using these companies. This is just an opportunity for owners to use this exchange service if they would like.
