Sand and Surf has a small inventory of 1 bedroom/2 bath, 1 bedroom/1 bath and efficiency unit weeks of Floating Timeshare Weeks for sale.
All weeks are deeded. Our unit weeks exchange with RCI, RED WEEK and INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL. Your trade in value with will depend on the size unit and the week of the reservation you book with Sand and Surf.
Floating Week Owners please note that many of our Winter weeks at Sand and Surf have the same value of our Summer weeks when banked with RCI, RED WEEK or INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL and are much easier to reserve from us.

All Units sold by Sand and Surf are Floating Time. In order to purchase a fixed week you would have to purchase it directly from a fixed week owner.

We are a "sold-out" timeshare and the unit/weeks are units that have been foreclosed and have a clear title.
You will receive a deed for a following unit/week type:
1 BEDROOM /2 BATH, sleeps 6 maximum including infants and children.
1 BEDROOM/1 BATH, sleeps 6 maximum including infants and children.
EFFICIENCY, sleeps 4 maximum including infants and children.

Maintenance fees are invoiced each September. Payments must be received for the new fiscal year which begins November 1st and will be deposited on the 1st business day of November.
Ownership at Sand & Surf Condo Association Inc. is by deed.
A TIME SHARE IS REAL ESTATE PER FLORIDA STATUTES SUCH AS YOUR RESIDENCE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY TAXES, INSURANCE, ETC. AND DISPOSE OF IT AS YOU SEE FIT. IF YOU DO NOT PAY THE ANNUAL ASSESSMENT YOU BECOME LIABLE FOR FORECLOSURE AND THE CONSEQUENCES IT BRINGS.
SELLING YOUR UNIT/WEEK:
Owners’ selling or just deeding their unit/week(s) must have BOARD APPROVAL. The procedures to be followed are when a current owner decides to sell or deed their timeshare to another person (s) they must Contact Sand & Surf and notify them that you have your unit/week for sale or want to deed to someone else.
Any sale of Sand and Surf weeks by an Owner to any party is subject to a credit check and approval by the Board before any title is transferred.
IF YOU ARE TRYING TO SELL , GIVE OR PAY A COMPANY TO TAKE YOUR SAND AND SURF UNIT WEEK YOU MUST CONTACT THE OFFICE. WE HAVE SPECIFIC POLICIES THAT MUST BE FOLLOWED IN ORDER FOR YOUR SALE TO BE VALID.
