NOTICE OF 2026 ANNUAL MEETING

Registration will begin at 1pm, and the meeting will begin at 1:30.
The 2026 Annual Owners Letter goes out this month. Owners using the reservation software will recieve their annual letter online and be able to vote and pay their annual assessment using the portal. All Owners are encouraged to get logged on.
All our Sand and Surf Legacy Bricks are presently installed onsite. However the final placement will be determined once the city approves our green-space area. By popular demand new orders for bricks will be taken soon.
We understand that we have had issues with the new software that has caused some problems for some Owners and our office staff but things have been getting debugged and Owners are seeing many of the advantages. Thank you for your support as we continue to improve your resort.
Moving forward, Kaila and Lisa will be in the office and available to assist with any needs or questions you may have. They look forward to supporting you and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

RESERVATION SOFTWARE
Attention Sand and Surf Owners in good standing. You can now access our new reservation portal that will allow owners to make, change and cancel Sand and Surf reservations as well as make payments online. Owners should call the office to receive their logon info. The office has to have your current contact and e-mail on file in order for you to get your logon credentials. Click on this link to see a video on how to use our new reservation software. Hey Owners hundreds of you have already signed up and the software is up and running. The Board of Directors wants to encourage all of our Owners to get enrolled and make booking your vacation easier than ever and avoid having to be charged for printing and postage. Owners you can call the office, get your logon credentials and get signed in today.

SAND & SURF PARKING:
Sand & Surf provides one (1) parking space per unit. Additional vehicles and visitor vehicles cannot be parked on Sand & Surf property. Guest will receive a Parking Pass at Check-in
CARS WITHOUT A PASS MAY BE TOWED AT THE OWNERS EXPENSE.
THE CITY OF DAYTONA BEACH SHORES OWNS THE PUBLIC PARKING LOT ACROSS THE STREET FROM SAND & SURF. THIS LOT IS AVAILABLE FOR PARKING FROM 7:00 AM TO 11:00 PM EACH DAY. NO OVER-NIGHT PARKING IS PERMITTED (with exceptions) SEE LINK BELOW. SAND & SURF PARKING WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
PARKING OPTIONS FOR OVERSIZED VEHICLES:
Because our parking lot is small and regular parking is difficult it is now a policy that oversized vehicles, such as extended cab trucks, SUV’s and vans will NOT be permitted to park in the east side lot. All vehicles over 17.5 feet long will be required to park in the five (5) spaces along A1A. Call ahead to reserve your space. Once they are full here are 3 options:
