PARKING ALERT
SAND & SURF PARKING:
Sand & Surf provides one (1) parking space per unit. Additional vehicles and visitor vehicles cannot be parked on Sand & Surf property. Guest will receive a Parking Pass at Check-in
CARS WITHOUT A PASS MAY BE TOWED AT THE OWNERS EXPENSE.
THE CITY OF DAYTONA BEACH SHORES OWNS THE PUBLIC PARKING LOT ACROSS THE STREET FROM SAND & SURF. THIS LOT IS AVAILABLE FOR PARKING FROM 7:00 AM TO 11:00 PM EACH DAY. NO OVER-NIGHT PARKING IS PERMITTED (with exceptions) SEE LINK BELOW. SAND & SURF PARKING WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
PARKING OPTIONS FOR OVERSIZED VEHICLES:
Because our parking lot is small and regular parking is difficult it is now a policy that oversized vehicles, such as extended cab trucks, SUV’s and vans will NOT be permitted to park in the east side lot. All vehicles over 17.5 feet long will be required to park in the five (5) spaces along A1A. Call ahead to reserve your space. Once they are full here are 3 options:

You've waited long enough, Sand and Surf is back and we can't wait to show off our resort in it's new best light. Our new Reservation Software will be launching soon where Owners can make and manage their reservations, make payments, receive announcements and vote online.
