WE ARE BACK, BABY!
It’s been a long three years, but the pool deck is now better than ever! We have a resort-style pool, tiki huts with lighting and power—perfect for nighttime meals and games. Your commitment to the SBA loan and timely maintenance fee payments made all of this
possible. Thank you! We’re excited to share that we’ve started selling unit weeks again. Please spread the word—tell your family, friends, and even strangers about Sand and Surf. We want to welcome new owners into our community and secure our future.
I want to sincerely thank all the owners who have reached out to share how much you love our staff and the positive changes happening here. Because of the dedication of our incredible office staff and maintenance crew, Sand and Surf has been nominated for Most
improved Property in Daytona Beach Shores! We’ve also ordered legacy bricks that will be proudly displayed on the property soon—a lasting tribute to our community. Thank you again for your support through these challenging times. I know we’re all eagerly counting down the days until your next beach week! Here’s to many more great years ahead at Sand and Surf!

Owners with concerns about parking should contact the office before arrival to check on availability and options. Along with maintaining our new pool our maintenance crew recently finished painting our beachside roof awning. 4 New Tiki Huts Have been installed with 3 having power. Our neighbor Perennial has their wall and pool deck repair underway as well.. We have a new coded locking beach gate with no more keys or fobs required.
Sand and Surf Is up and running and operating at near capacity as is normal We appreciate the support and patience of all our Owners and our hardworking office staff to get us back. Daytona Beach is still beautiful and now again so is Sand and Surf.

Legacy Bricks are now being ordered. Call the office and order yours today. We have extended the time for ordering legacy bricks since over 60 owners have participated so far.
See above for pricing. An area has been designated and installation will take place in the fall.
Owner Alert - Important Parking Information: As many of you know, parking has long been a challenge at our resort and it has becomeeven more difficult because of the increase in larger vehicles on the property. We now haveto enforce our existing parking rules. To help manage space more effectively please checkthe parking rules posted on our website. For some options for oversized vehicles and pickuptrucks over 17’6” (we only have 3 spaces) call the office ahead of time. All vehicles over 17.6 feet long will be required to park in the three (3) spaces along A1A. The City of DBS has a procedure to request permission to park overnight in the ANDRINOPOLOS PARK the Park across from S&S. This form must be submitted at least three weeks in advance of arrival. Approval will be completed within two weeks of receipt. You may request a permit 183 days in advance (six months). Forms may be picked up at city hall Monday through Friday 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m.The office has that form and can email it to you. The form must be filled out by the owner and sent to the City of DBS by the owner three weeks prior to your stay. Once the City of DBS approves it, contact the office for them to pick it up for you.
Protect Your Property:
We’ve had repeated issues with individuals who are not staying on the property using ourpool and breaking gate latches because they don’t have the access code. We are currently using wristbands in the pool area to reduce violations but we need the help of our owners.This is your home, say something, during office hours call the office, if closed please call the police if necessary. Let’s work together to keep Sand and Surf property safe and respected.

Registration will begin at 1pm. and the meeting will begin at 1:30. Your Association urges you to participate by attending in person if possible or by returning your completed proxy card enclosed with your annual letter.
