The engineering assessment determined Nicole did not structurally damage our building. We were able to secure permits to resume working on shoring up the building and debris removal along with preparations for building our temporary wall. Redi-Rock was approved for use for temporary walls by Volusia County so we are scheduled to begin construction on our temporary wall next week. We have also secured permission to access our building for emergency purposes only. This will allow us to complete our concrete repairs and de-humidify the rooms. Our engineering plan for a permanent sea wall is been submitted to the County for approval. Sand and Surf Remains closed. Please use e-mail for all communication with office staff. We hope to have more information soon on the status of our insurance claims and a timeline for re-opening. We appreciate the support of our Owners. Posted Nov. 25
