Perennial. has their wall construction underway and are they are working repairing their pool deck. Our railing is now competed and has passed inspection. We have installed the updated drainage system and all the pavers have been laid. Finish work has begun on the pool. Hopefully by the end of April we will have water in the pool. We have a new magnetic beach gate with a code and no more keys. 

Sand and Surf Is up and running and operating at near capacity as is normal We appreciate the support and patience of all our Owners and our hardworking office staff in keeping Sand and Surf on course to full recovery. Daytona Beach is still beautiful.

Access to the beach may be blocked based on construction needs going forward.

It is with much sadness we recognize the loss of long time Alternate Board Member Robert Hurst who faithfully served the interests of Sand and Surf Owners for many years. He will be greatly missed. 

Sand and Surf Board Meeting Minutes are posted Online and are available on the Owners Page. If you would like access to the page and are a current owner in good standing you may e-mail your owner name and current e-mail address to: sandandsurf1@charter.net and once verified you will receive an email invitation to create a user logon for the page. This e-mail will not be used for any other communication  than receiving owner e-mails and you will not receive a reply other than the invitation. Most invited owners have successfully created logons but some have had problems finding  their invites. This may be an issue with GoDaddy as all owners in good standing who have sent e-mails have been uploaded to the member page list on the GoDaddy server. We have had to invite some owners multiple times before they find their invite. We will continue to work on improving this issue meanwhile you may request an e-mailed copy of last months minutes from the office. Legacy Bricks are now being ordered. Call the office and order yours today. We have extended the time for ordering legacy bricks since over 60 owners have participated so far.

See above for pricing. An area has been designated and installation will take place in the fall.

Parking at Sand and Surf is limited!  Sand and Surf cannot accommodate oversize trucks in our limited parking area. Please read and observe our rules and regulations concerning parking.
